Any abnormal changes in the retinal vascular structure reveal the intensity of diseases like hypertension, cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes mellitus, etc. The principal objective of this work is to propose effective supervised learning for retinal vessel extraction utilizing a neural organization classifier.
