<br/><br/> The flow path plays an important role in the performance of the microchannel heat sink. A good flow path design configuration may result in the higher thermohydraulic performance of the microchannel heat sink. The present study proposes microchannel heat sinks with different flow path configurations for various fin types and orientation.
